We deeply care for your menstrual comfort and satisfaction. Hence, our products like sheezaworld Cramp Comfort Period Heating Pad and Massager, period panties, sanitary pads and all the other products offered by us are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

However, the sheezaworld Cramp Comfort Period Heating Pad and Massager

comes with a six-month warranty from the date of delivery. If you experience any manufacturing defects or malfunctions within this period, we will gladly replace the product for you.

If this happens, we request you to write to us at sheezaworld 507@gmail.com with your name, order number, and supporting image(s)/video(s).

Your case shall be considered individually and Team sheezaworld will conduct a thorough examination and respond to you promptly.

IMPORTANT: We accept order-related concerns only up to 7 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled as long as it is not handed over to our delivery partner.

While we strive to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, we request that you cancel your order within 90 minutes of placing it.

When a prepaid order is cancelled, a refund of the order amount will be initiated within 24-48 hours and credited to the source account within 10 working days.
